I was happy with Photobucket for years, and got by with the crashes that happened over the years. I paid a yearly subscription fee for an upgraded service, but Photobucket really has gone downhill now.
Trying to resolve my complaint (talking to a real person on the phone) is impossible. This company is all about making as much money as they can without any compassion for their customers. I wish Photobucket reads my review and contacts me, but I doubt if that will happen. I'll be looking for a new place to upload and share my pictures.
It's very sad I can't see my pictures because Photobucket is holding them for ransom. I'm very upset that I can't see any pictures that I took over the years.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Old owners.
I didn't like: New owners.
